Bordentown

Bordentown City is one of the oldest settlements on this stretch of the Delaware, and the houses show it. Brick with lime mortar, chimneys that were never lined, and roofs where every valley and every wall intersection is a place water has been trying to get in for two hundred years.

Those details are where we spend our time here: proper metal flashing instead of caulk, repointing where it is actually failing rather than the whole wall, and framing repairs that respect what is already carrying load.
