Ewing

Ewing sits minutes from our shop, and the mix here runs from mid-century splits and ranches to newer construction near the college and the river. Both come with their own patterns: the older houses need roofs, windows, and kitchens; the newer ones usually want the basement finished or the primary bath rebuilt.

We do a fair amount of rental and multi-unit work in Ewing as well, where the priority is a scope that is priced correctly the first time and a crew that finishes on the date the unit is supposed to turn over.

Permits go through Ewing Township, and we carry the paperwork. Emergency plumbing calls are answered around the clock, which matters in a township with a lot of original supply lines still in service.
