Princeton is the least forgiving town we work in, and that is a compliment to the houses. Original millwork, real plaster, hardwood that has been refinished four times, and neighbors close enough to notice how a job site is run.

Our work here leans toward matching rather than replacing: pulling a trim profile so the new casing reads as original, keeping a stair rail and rebuilding the treads under it, opening a wall between a kitchen and a dining room with a header sized properly and a ceiling that comes back flat.

Sites stay clean, floors stay protected, and the crew keeps normal hours. Where the historic district is involved, we handle the approvals along with the standard permits.
